Instructions:

  • Step on pedal platforms and grasp handle rails.
  • Select “quick start” or enter the program.
  • Pedal forward by placing weight on one foot, allowing the other foot to move forward.
  • Alternate with the opposite side until momentum allows continued forward rotation.
