Dumbbell Upright Shoulder External Rotation
Stand or sit with dumbbell positioned out to side of head; bend elbow, shoulder height with dumbbell above elbow. Lower dumbbell forward by rotating shoulder. Return and repeat. Continue with opposite arm.
